Each value-added service has its own escalation path. Use Telgoo5 only for the BSS-side question (charge applied, plan attached, line provisioned). The VAS vendor handles the underlying service:
 

Devices → device aggregator (e.g., Vertex Wireless).
Protection → protection provider (e.g., Prosurety).
Trade-In → trade-in provider (often the device aggregator).
